Cards and hang tags — the cheapest lever you have

Cards and hang tags are small printed pieces with the highest return per baht in a packaging set, because the unit cost is tiny next to the box, yet they are what turns a blank box into one where somebody clearly cared about the details.

If foil stamping on the box itself is not in budget yet, a well-designed card inside a plain box lifts the impression at a far lower cost.

Pieces we produce most

• Thank-you cards — packed with the product; the most direct place a brand gets to speak to a customer.
• Instruction and care cards — important for skincare, jewelry, and anything that gets damaged by incorrect use. They measurably cut post-sale questions.
• Hang tags — strung with cord or ribbon, for apparel, bags, soap, and handmade goods.
• Warranty cards — for products with a guarantee, with fields left for date and serial number.

Stock and finishing

The usual stock is 300–400 gsm art card, stiff enough not to curl inside the box; double-layer board is available where a denser feel is wanted. For finishing, embossing or debossing and foil stamping work on cards just as on boxes — and because the piece is small, foil on a card costs far less than foil on a box.

Size it while designing the box

The common mistake is finishing the box design and only then thinking about the card, leaving it nowhere to live — resting on top of the product or sitting at an angle. If we know a card is coming, we can build a slot into the lid or leave a bay in the tray, so it sits in the same position on every unit and is seen immediately on opening.

Flexible MOQ. There is no fixed site-wide minimum — small campaigns can start in the dozens and scale to 50,000+ piece orders, with 10–15 day production and a real mock-up to approve before every run.
