Die-cutting is the step that turns a flat sheet into box components. We cut a steel die to your design, then cut paper and rigid board to clean edges and specified dimensions before the parts move on to forming.

Accuracy here decides whether the finished box closes flush and whether the corners look clean, so we check the first piece for dimension before running the full batch.
