Premium Bakery Box
Packaging boxes for premium bakery items — sized for cakes, cookies, and pastries, with ventilation and built-in trays so baked goods travel well and look their best.
Premium bakery boxes, sized to your product
Bakery boxes carry conditions the other categories do not: the contents touch food directly, they are greasy, and some need refrigeration. So stock and coating choices have to answer real-world use before appearance.
Common work here is cookie boxes, Chinese pastry boxes, cake slice boxes, brownie boxes, and festive confectionery sets.
Stock versus grease
Most baked goods carry butter or oil, and placed directly on paper they leave translucent blotches that make a box look old the moment it is filled. The fix is a liner sheet or a grease-resistant coated tray that keeps the product off the box wall.
If the product is refrigerated, allow for condensation forming on the box as it leaves the chiller — a coated box holds up far better than bare board.
Product windows
This is a category where a window genuinely sells, because customers want to see the product before buying. We cut windows via die-cutting in whatever shape you need — circles, rounded rectangles, or an outline following your logo. The trade-off is that a window slightly weakens the structure, so if boxes will be stacked several high, window placement is worth discussing against how they will be stacked.
Trays for confectionery sets
Small items like cookies, macarons, or pastries should each sit in their own bay so they cannot slide together, break, or stick. We build compartment paper trays to your real piece count and size. For festive gift sets, mooncake boxes use a closely related structure and are worth looking at alongside.
Every job gets a real mock-up before the full run — something you can hold and test-fit the product into, with changes still cheap to make. Production runs 10–15 days, with flexible MOQ depending on the job.
