Premium Box
Premium boxes for brands that want to elevate how their product looks and feels — the right material, decoration technique, and structure chosen per product, not limited to one box type. Our team helps design to fit your budget and brand image, from rigid boxes to magnetic boxes to gift sets.
Choosing the right premium box for your product
"Premium box" does not describe a structure — it describes a tier. So this page works as a chooser for which construction your product belongs in, rather than selling one particular box. Everything below is formed from the same 1.5–2.5 mm rigid board; what differs is how it opens and what it costs.
Comparing the main constructions
- Lid-and-base — easiest to cost-control in the premium tier. Suits jewelry, watches, and anything laid out in a tray, where opening reveals everything at once.
- Magnetic — costs more for the magnets and hinge work, in exchange for the best opening moment. The pick for filmed content or upper-tier gifting.
- Drawer style — pulls out sideways and uses less desk space when open. Good for small, high-value items.
Where the budget actually goes
If you have to invest in order, here is what the factory floor suggests:
- First, the insert — a product sliding around on opening destroys the premium feeling fastest. An EVA or paper tray insert is the best value per baht spent.
- Second, the logo work — foil stamping or embossing turns a blank box into the brand's box at modest cost.
- Third, the surface finish — matte coating or spot UV improves hand feel and resists transit scuffing.
- Last, full-surface printing — beautiful but the most expensive, and often a plain colour with a single foil line already reads more expensive.
If you are still unsure
Send us your product dimensions and your target cost per box, and we will propose a construction and produce a real mock-up to test-fit before you commit. Production runs 10–15 days, with flexible MOQ and no fixed minimum.
